  1. Arrive Early
  2. Get Food set up
  3. Get Guest Tables & Chairs Set Up
  4. Set Paddles out, Pre-sales sheets, Cashiers set up
  5. Get Chips & roller / bag out.
  6. Get Lot / Raffle Tables set up
  7. Put Lots & Raffles out on Tables
  8. Check Audio & Video
  9. Have a Team Meeting / review or assign who will do what
  10. Open as soon as you can if there is a line
  11. Be On Time
  12. Use the Expediter!
  13. Make Sure MC Thanks Everyone at least 3 times (Start, Intermission, End)
